Actually, I had a boring holiday, the most boring holiday that I have ever had in my life I think I just slept, ate and played some computer. Almost all off the days in my holiday game. But on Saturday in the first week, I and my classmates in the 10th grade went together to the zoo. The only one zoo in my town Solo was Jurug zoo. Jurug zoo was a small zoo with a little animal there. Before we went to the zoo, we got some breakfast together in a small restaurant near the railway station for an hour. In the Jurug zoo, we got some pictures together. We went around the zoo together. We prayed and got lunch together. Then in the afternoon after we got lunch, we went back home. I felt tired but happy for that day. But after I went back home, I felt bored again. In the second week, there was a new movie in the movies. So I and two of my friend decided to watch that movie together in the next day. Then, we went to the movies together and watched it together. It was a good movie. In the last week , ehm actually I had only three weeks in this last holiday. So, I spent this last week just to sleep, eat and play some computer game. But I had also take lessons for some lessons to improve my ability. I felt so bored and tired. I tried to enjoy this holiday but I could not do it. It was the most annoying holiday that I ever had. It started when I had my second semester test. I was sick for about two weeks. When I felt better, I decided to go to school because I wanted to meet all my friends in Grade X.4. We spent our time at school by watching a movie. The movie was great because we could get many lessons from it. On Saturday, June 19, 2010. I believed that everyone in the first grade was waiting for this day, and I was too. Because we would know in what program we would study in the second grade, in science department, or in social department. At about 1 pm, my parents arrived at home. I was surprised when they said that I would study in the language department. For about a minute I didn’t believe it because smansa didn’t open a language program, but they seemed so serious and it made me cry. Then, they gave me the marks. When I read it, I was surprised because my parents lied to me.
I spent my first and second weeks of my holiday just for sleeping, eating, and sending messages to all of my friends in grade x.4. I couldn’t go to anywhere because I was sick. And this condition was killing me. Before holiday I and my friends planned to go somewhere, so we could spend the holiday together. Then I started to discuss it to my friend with an unenjoyed condition. When we got some idea, we decided to hold a meeting with the leader of my class, so that we could get the final decision. Then I and my friend sent a message to all of my friends in x.4. We got a little response from them, and it was annoying. Early morning, my friend sent me a message. And it made me change the plan. But finally the meeting could be held. The leader of my class said that he could come to the meeting, but the fact, he couldn’t come because he had another plan. After the first meeting we discussed the place and transportation that we would use. On the second week something bad happened to me. I got a lot of problem because I couldn’t use my cell phone to send a message. At the same time Ketu (the leader of my class) wanted to hold a meeting. Then I borrowed my mother’s cell phone to send a message to ketu and Veri. I asked ketu to talk about it to Veri because she would relieve me to coordinate everything that has a relation with the x.4 holiday.
Although I couldn’t send any message, I still followed the new plan. Sometimes Veri asked me if her plan was good. She also said how annoying and difficult to coordinate it especially when she got a little response. I also told her if I felt what she felt. Someday I got a message to come to the second meeting. But I couldn’t come, because my parents were too busy and they used my motorbike. This second meeting gave up the first decision. We wouldn’t go to Jogja. But we would have a lunch in KS or went to the movies or went to Tlatar together. I, Ketu and Veri had tried to do the best so that we could have a special holiday together. But the time was too short, we couldn’t go to KS, movies or Tlatar. And until now we didn’t have a holiday together. I wanted to make a new plan, but I thought that it would never realize. People usually go out with their family in holiday. Like the others, I also spent my holiday with my family. We went to Jogja in one day. Because of the big number of my family’s members, we rented a bus. We left my home, in Solo, at 08.00 am. Our first destination was Borobudur Temple. It was about 20 km form Jogja. It was one of Seven Wonders of the World. At 11.00 am we arrived there. Directly we went there. The giant rock composition made me wonder how people at that period could make this beautiful thing. We took a lot of picture there.
The next destination was Parangtritis Beach. It was known with the Nyi Roro Kidul legend, the queen of south sea. Because the way to go there was very crowded, we just arrived at 05.00 pm. But I thanked to God, because of it I could see the sunset at the Parangtritis Beach for the first time. The last destination was Malioboro. It was just a street, but it was also gift shop centre in Jogja. A lot of things we could buy there, such as the T-shirt, bag, shoes, or batik cloth. After we were satisfied to buy the gift then we went home. It was very tiring to spend one day on foot, but it was very interesting being together with my big family.

Hi friends, what about your holiday last month? Now I want to tell you about my holiday experience. Last month after we finished the last exam, we had to start the school holiday. Yes, school holiday three weeks was full, but I couldn’t do anything in my holiday. Actually I did anything in my holiday but not special. My holiday was bored. Everyday I just did nothing. Sometimes I just slept in my bad. I know my holiday was very bored and so long, so I tried to make some activities during my holiday. I tried to jog every morning, I tried to read some book, and always tried to doing anything to make my holiday more interesting. School holiday would finish, and I was still bored because I never went to anywhere. I was confused, I was bored, and I couldn’t do anything. Now Sunday and tomorrow was Monday its mean tomorrow I would be going to school again after three weeks I did my school holiday. I did nothing in my school holiday but there was a happy thing in the holiday because I did not study. Can anyone give me suggestions so I am not bored???

In my holiday later, I went to Tlatar, a fishing and farm of fish area, with my friends. We went there by motorcycle. We gathered in SMA N 1 Surakarta at 7 o’clock A.M. After all of Grade X.5 students arrived, we left for Tlatar. Along the street we saw many cars, many motorcycles and many buses. After about hour we arrived at Tlatar. The first activity that we did in Tlatar was immortalizing this moment. And then when we waited for lunch time, we bought corn and ice klamud. After minutes, lunch time came, so we went to the restaurant to have lunch. The menu of the lunch was rice with catfish, everybody got one but several boys got more because they were still hungry. After having lunch, we prayed in the mosque because the time showed 12 o’clock. Then after we had prayed, we chose one boy or girl in every nomination for grade X.5 awards. There were many categories in grade X.5 awards, such as the laziest, the most diligent, the most quiet, etc.
At 2 .pm the party was over but we still wanted together. So some of us continued the tour to Selo, an area near the Merapi volcano. We went there by motorcycle too. After we came in Selo we felt very enjoyable, because the panorama was very beautiful. After enjoying the panorama in Selo, we went home however we felt very sad because we had to separate to our own home and own way.

On July 9,2010, my family and I visited my uncle’s house in Brebes district, Central Java Province. The Trip took about seven hours from Sragen. We went by bus. When in the bus I felt bored because there was nothing to be enjoyed. At 09.00 p.m we arrived at my uncle’s house and was greeted with joy. Then we took rest while drinking a cup of hot tea.
The next day I was invited by my uncle went to the well-known tourist attractions there were Kaligua. Very beautiful scenery, the water was so cool, clean and fresh too. And free from pollutions. Tourist attractions were located in mountainous areas. Truly amazing. The winding street and foggy made the atmosaphere get colder. Very exciting. Hills were decorated by vast expanse of tea gardens and pine trees in the surrounding streets. Really- really charming. Before returning home we bought meatballs soup. The meatballs there seemed rather odd. But I kept to spend it because I felt hungry. Then we went home.
Then the third day, I was invited by my mother to buy souvenirs in the market. The market was not as clean as Sragen’s market. But could everything there. We bought many kinds of souvenirs, for examples : traditional food, cookie made of rice flour with coconut and sugar,bananas crispy,and others. After that we prepared our things to go home. At about 12.00 p.m we went home by bus from Purwokerto district. The bus was very exciting, because there were television, musics, AC, and soft drink. We really enjoyed this trip. Oh . . . really nice holiday. .Although just three days but I really-really liked it.

MY HOLIDAY!

In this holiday, I had three weeks to relax my mind and my soul again. I never thought to make it so useless, so I did all of my hobbies to spend my days. Like swimming with my sister and brother, watching the TV and etc. in my holiday, there were some unforgettable moments. And in this opportunity I will tell about my moments with students of X-6.
To celebrate our exam report, my friends and I made an event to reunite the student of X-6. It was held in Umbul Nilo or Pancingan 1 Pengging. The event was on Sunday. But, rather disssapointed because some of my friends couldn’t came to that event.
The event was begun with some words from our class leader. After that, we played a game. It’s like an award program. It’s so excited for us. Hm, smiled and laughed made us felt so hungry, the food and beverages had come and .. the real party was started. The menu was grilled fish, vegetable and some ice tea or ice lemon. We ate with enjoy our time that day. Not only for me, all of my friends also felt happy and satisfied.
That is one of story when I spent my holiday on my way. I hope you as the reader can feel my happiness.

Last month, I had a school holiday for 3 weeks. It started at June 21st 2010. The first week, I read two bestseller novels written by young man named Andrea Hirata. I read the first novel, Laskar Pelangi (Rainbow Troops) and the second, Sang Pemimpi (The Dreamer). From those novels, I learned a lot about friendships, dreams, loves and how to respect your parents. Those novels inspired me to be a better person for my future.
At the second week, I followed a test to joined “DA” and slept in school for 3 days. At school, my friends and I worked together and walked around Surakarta for about 15 km at night. It was fun but also tired, and then all of us slept together in school hall. In the third week, I spent my holiday with a lot of meetings to prepare “Pradana”.
From my 3 weeks holiday, I also had an unforgettable moment. It was right before I slept in school, my friends and I who wanted to be the member of “DA” Dewan Ambalan or senior School Scout, had to follow an event from our seniors. At that time, we were so worried about what we had to do, because that event would be the final test for us. And that event held in 4 days.
The first and the second day, we had put together in school hall and introduced ourselves. We also had some simulations about how to work in “DA”. We was trained by our seniors to be the member of “DA”. We worked together to solve some problems and presented the solution to our seniors.
The third day, we had to come to Manahan. There, we had a lot of fun. We played together and worked as team against the other team. From that day, we had a lot of experiences and learned how important friendship was.
The last day, we had some psychology tests in Manahan. We had a test about our commitment and we also got leadership training. Before that, we had to clean that place from falling leaves. At last, we had to solve an unpredictable problem and learned the All I got in that time made me to be better girl for my future.

I had an unforgettable experience. it was very interesting. I got the experience when I went swimming with my friend. There, we would swim. I did not swim with them because I could not swim. The swimming pool was very deep, so I was really afraid of swimming. But my friend always asked me to swim. Suddenly my other friend pushed me into the swimming pool. I was very panic because I could not swim. I drank much water. I asked my friend to help me. But they were only smile and didn’t want to help me. But finally they helped me because they knew that I could not swim. From the experience, I learned hard to swim and I could swim after learning many time. But I was still afraid if I swam in the deep water.

Last the last holiday, I didn’t go as my friends went to spend their holiday. I just went to my friends house and bookstore. But I enjoyed my holiday. In my friend’s house, we shared about new class in second grade and science majors. We also discussed about travelling together with all friends in X.4. However, it was just a plan, because we had problem and couldn’t realize it. When my friends and I went back to home, in the street we had a short message that my friend’s brother was dead. In the morning on 29th June 2010, almost all of my friends and I went to my friend’s brother funeral, and we also support her.
After that, Tria, poppy (two of my best friends) and I went to Gramedia bookstore. Tria looked for conan comics and I looked for ‘Jambul Merah’ novel by Raditya Dika. Although, I went around gramedia bookstore, I didn’t get ‘Jambul merah’ novels. In the fact, I was false. The true name of the novel was ‘Marmut Merah Jambu’. I was very shy when Tria and Poppy laughed at me. When I looked at the price of the ‘Marmut Merah Jambu’ novel, it was very expensive for me, because in that time I didn’t have much money. I thought that borrowing the novel from my friend had very benefit for me than buying it. So, I went home, without any book. I hope in the next holiday, I can travel together with all of my friends and I have excited holiday

In the last holiday I was very depressed because it was difficult to choose the program I wanted to study science or social. Actually I was accepted in the science program but I thought there were many calculation and I was not good in physic and chemistry. But in social program there were many lesson that I didn’t like such as; economic, History, Geographic and another lesson. Finally I chose of science program. I thought in science program I could enjoy because the lesson was less than in social program, so I must think of important science lesson. Another problem I was very sad because I must separate with all my best friends from grade X4. Really from inside my heart I couldn’t forget all memory started sad, happy and disappointed. I always yearn for beautiful memory.
I always felt solitude recently until I didn't have natural appetite meal. I hate that I must adapt to new situation again and separated with all my best friends X4.This holiday I didn’t feel happy but I always felt sad. Didn't time of chance for holiday with X4 class. Nothing special in my holiday. I hope I can enjoy in the science program and new friends XI IPA 6. So now I prepare to be successful in the future with studying hard and praying.

Everybody knows, holiday is the best moment for all students in the world.
All students could have their free time, as free as they could. So could I. I had
a very interesting time every holiday. In the last holiday I went to Jogjakarta. I
spent my time in my grandma’s house. On Thursday evening, I left Solo to go to
Jogjakarta by train. I arrived in my grandma’s house in the evening. Then I went
to bed beause I was very tired. In Jogja I talked with my big family. There were my cousins, my grandma,and also my very cute niece named Abel. We just had fun and did
some relaxing activities. On the third day, adventure was begun. My big family
and Iwent to Ambarukmo Plaza. There, we had culinary shopping. On the next day, We went to Malioboro. Eventhough we only had sightseeing or window shopping in Malioboro, we got a good time especially when we were at Mirota Batik Shop. We saw a lot of merchandises. It was all about batik, jewels until house hold, All of them used batik design. Wasn’t it great? I always love holiday, I want it come to back earlier.
